Data incident – customer information
On Monday 23rd March an email was sent out which contained personal information about some of our customers. We apologise unreservedly for this data incident.
If you have been affected by the incident, we are offering free cyber security services to provide additional support, protection and peace of mind.
There is also a dedicated helpline, which is available on 0808 189 5205.
